HEITS offers two MAINTENANCE service levels to meet your cleaning and maintenance needs; PLATINUM Maintenance Service and GOLD Maintenance Service. Our PLATINUM Service level provides a more indepth service for the more discriminating maintenance need. Our GOLD Service includes many "extras" as standard elements, for which other contractors will charge more or require special scheduling.

Target Area: LOBBIES AND HALLWAYS
We pay special attention to areas that can escape the attention of other cleaning contractors. We care about your facility's environment and use environmentally preferred cleaning products and equipment. Special odor-control products leave your facility smelling fresh and clean, not overly disinfected. Our 13-point checklist assures there is no crevice or crack left untreated, including the sanitizing of phones and water coolers.

STONE CARE - We maintain stone surfaces on a daily basis with environmentally preferred products that preserve the integrity of the stone surface. Our STONE CARE INTENSIVE services are recommended periodically to restore surfaces affected by daily traffic, wear, and tear.

Target Area: RESTROOMS
Restrooms say a lot about your facility and can present the greatest cleaning challenge. Both tenants and visitors appreciate a restroom that is clean, orderly, well-stocked, and odor-free. We use colorcoded microfiber rags and flat mops to eliminate cross contamination and capture dirt, grime, and micro-organisms. Restroom flooring is treated with a germicidal cleaner to eliminate odor-producing bacteria. Floor surfaces are left residue-free, reducing slip potential and assuring a streak-free shine. Special attention is paid to cleaning tile walls and toilet partitions with a germicidal cleaner.

Target Area: INDIVIDUAL CUBICLES/OFFICES
Our staff is trained to respect the personal work-space in individual cubicles and offices, yet provide necessary cleaning and maintenance services. We use an environmentally preferred hydrogen peroxidebased cleaning product that is Green Seal certified. Some highlights of our services include:

  • Dusting of surfaces and sills
  • Germicidal cleaning of telephones
  • Empty and re-line all trash receptacles
  • Removal of finger marks and smudges from doors, jams and light switches
  • All interior glass surfaces cleaned
  • Cleaning and sanitizing of water coolers
