We understand the necessity for your facility to project an image of cleanliness and health. HEITS offers two MAINTENANCE service levels to meet your cleaning and maintenance needs; PLATINUM Maintenance Service and GOLD Maintenance Service. Our PLATINUM Service level provides a more indepth service for the more discriminating maintenance need. Our GOLD Service includes many "extras" as standard elements, for which other contractors will charge more or require special scheduling.

Target Area: LOBBY / RECEPTION DESK
We understand the importance of the cleanliness in your lobby and reception area and the first impression it makes on your members. Special odor-control products leave your facility smelling fresh and clean, not overly disinfected. Our 13-point checklist assures there is no crevice or crack left untreated, including the sanitizing of phones and water coolers.

Target Area: LOCKER ROOMS
Locker rooms say a lot about your facility and can present the greatest cleaning challenge. There is high traffic in locker rooms and it presents a particular challenge in maintaining sparkling surfaces and controlling locker room odor. We use color-coded microfiber rags and flat mops to eliminate cross contamination and capture dirt, grime, and micro-organisms. We use a Green Seal certified hydrogen peroxide-based multi-purpose cleaner that provides a natural deodorizing cleaner. Restroom flooring is treated with a germicidal cleaner to eliminate odor-producing bacteria. Floor surfaces are left residuefree, reducing slip potential and assuring a streak-free shine.

ODOR CONTROL - We use a bio-enzymatic urine digester with a bio-active formulation that breaks down and digests organic stains and odors. Additional odor control is provided with metered aerosols that deliver 24-hour odor control with a choice of time settings.

TILE AND GROUT INTENSIVE - Our tile and grout experts determine the best intensive service for your particular needs to restore your surfaces to their original brightness.

Target Area: SAUNA ROOM
We provide regular maintenance of the stone and wood surfaces in sauna rooms with a hydrogen peroxide-based cleaner that naturally deodorizes, leaving surfaces clean and residue-free.

Target Area: EQUIPMENT WIPE-DOWN
Members are assured that you have their personal health in mind when you have germicidal cleaners available for equipment wipe-down. We provide environmentally preferred products that will sanitize surfaces without damage.

Target Area: CLASS STUDIOS
Depending on the floor surface, we will use the appropriate bio-based, neutral disinfectant floor cleaners to maintain class studio floors.
