HEITS offers two MAINTENANCE service levels to meet your cleaning and maintenance needs; PLATINUM Maintenance Service and GOLD Maintenance Service. Our PLATINUM Service level provides a more indepth service for the more discriminating maintenance need. Our GOLD Service includes many "extras" as standard elements, for which other contractors will charge more or require special scheduling.

Target Area: LOBBY / RECEPTION DESK
We understand the importance of your lobby and reception area and the first impression it makes on your patients and their family members. Our 13-point checklist assures there is no crevice or crack left untreated, including the sanitizing of phones and water coolers.

STONE CARE - Our GOLD Service Maintenance program maintains stone surfaces on a daily basis with environmentally preferred products that preserve the integrity of the stone surface. Our STONE CARE INTENSIVE services are designed to restore surfaces affected by daily traffic, wear, and tear.

TARGET AREA: PATIENT ROOMS / EXAMINATION ROOMS
We have an array of disinfectants and cleaners that are used based on the level of cleaning the room requires according to industry standards. Special attention is paid to assuring there is no cross contamination and disinfectants are given the right amount of dwell time in order to ensure effectiveness.

BEDRAIL/PHONE/TABLE - Depending on the situation, our crew cleans with either a one-step disinfectant-cleaner, or if heavily soiled, a two-step cleaning and disinfecting process. Special attention is paid to high touch points to assure a clean and safe surface.

TARGET AREA: RESTROOMS
Whether it is a private patient room or a visitor's restroom in the waiting area, we pay special attention to these important locations in a healthcare facility. We use a bio-enzymatic urine digester with a bioactive formulation that breaks down and digests organic stains and odors. Additional odor control is provided with metered aerosols that deliver 24-hour odor control with a choice of time settings. We re-stock paper and soap products and monitor the usage, alerting you to the need for re-ordering.
