HEITS offers two MAINTENANCE service levels to meet your cleaning and maintenance needs; PLATINUM Maintenance Service and GOLD Maintenance Service. Our PLATINUM Service level provides a more in-depth service for the more discriminating maintenance need. Our GOLD Service includes many "extras" as standard elements, for which other contractors will charge additional fees for or require special scheduling.

The first impression consumers have of your venue can determine how long they stay and how inclined they are to spend money. It's important to create an environment that is pleasant and inviting. We pay special attention to areas that can escape the attention of other cleaning contractors. We care about your facility's environment and use environmentally preferred cleaning products and equipment. Special odor-control products leave your facility smelling fresh and clean, not overly disinfected.

We will work with you to customize a cleaning program that best fits your needs. Some highlights of our services for common areas include:

  • Cleaning of all hard floor surfaces
  • General wipe-down and dusting of surfaces, counters, ledges, and sills
  • Cleaning and sanitizing of water fountains
  • Empty and re-line all trash receptacles
  • Removal of finger marks and smudges from doors, jams and light switches
  • All glass doors, windows, and surfaces cleaned and polished
  • Removal of debris from landscape pots and planters
  • Spot cleaning and vacuuming of carpeted areas

Restrooms say a lot about your venue and can present the greatest cleaning challenge. Your customers appreciate a restroom that is clean, orderly, well-stocked, and odor-free.

Target Area: DRESSING ROOMS
Individual dressing rooms are cleaned and vacuumed on a regular basis. If carpeted, we spot clean as needed to keep the area clean and inviting. Our cleaning products leave the area fresh-smelling.
