Transportation Hubs
Whether it is a train station, bus station, or airport, a transportation hub sees hundreds, thousands, or even millions of visitors each day. This high traffic takes a particular toll on floors, stairways, restrooms, and counters.
HEITS offers two MAINTENANCE service levels to meet the unique cleaning and maintenance needs of a transportation hub; PLATINUM Maintenance Service and GOLD Maintenance Service. Our PLATINUM Service level provides a more in-depth service for the more discriminating maintenance need. Our GOLD Service includes many "extras" as standard elements, for which other contractors will charge additional fees for or require special scheduling.
TARGET AREA: ENTRANCES AND GATE AREAS
We pay special attention to areas that can escape the attention of other cleaning contractors. We care
about your facility's environment and use environmentally preferred cleaning products and equipment.
Special odor-control products leave your facility smelling fresh and clean, not overly disinfected. Our
comprehensive checklist assures there is no crevice or crack left untreated, including the sanitizing of
high touch surfaces.
FLOOR CLEAN - Our floor cleaning assures hard surfaces are left residue-free, reducing slip potential and assuring a streak-free shine. Carpet care uses allergy-reducing filters and environmentally preferred odor control.
TARGET AREA: RESTROOMS
HEITS understands the challenges that transportation hubs face with keeping restrooms clean, odorfree,
and orderly. We have a special program to assure the highest level of maintenance for this
significant area of your facility.
ODOR CONTROL - We use a bio-enzymatic urine digester that is a bio-active formulation which breaks down and digests organic stains and odors. We use a Green Seal certified hydrogen peroxide-based cleaner that naturally cleans and deodorizes surfaces.
TILE AND GROUT - Our program Includes deep cleaning and scrubbing to remove dirt and odors and Tile & Grout Intensive services when needed to restore and brighten dingy surfaces.
TARGET AREA: CONCESSION AREAS
HEITS has a checkpoint plan to assure this area is maintained in an inviting and healthy manner. We
clean and disinfect counters, tables, and chairs, as well as cleaning the floor with a germicidal cleaner.
Walls behind trash receptacles are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
